How many people can access the data room?
You have an unlimited number of guests in your data room, so you can share documents with as many people as you like.
For people who can edit the dataroom, you have 5 users with our offers. You can add more if necessary.
Can I have a copy of the data room after the deal?
You can have an encapsulated copy of your data room in our digital vault to preserve the integrity of the data room elements.
To ensure that the copy of your virtual data room has probative value for asset and liability clauses, we keep :
– All digital elements (files, folders)
– Activity logs
– Questions and answers and their attachments
– File index
– List of participants
How much does Timeref cost?
Timeref is free for the first 15 days.
At the end of your trial period, you must choose one of our different packages.
What happens to my data once the data room is closed?
Your data hosted in France is archived for 5 years after the data room is closed. Once this period has elapsed, you can ask us to delete your data, and we will provide you with a certificate of destruction.
We do not have access to your data room files before or during the archiving period, and keep them only for encapsulation purposes.
Can I have more than one data room?
You can have as many data rooms as you like on Timeref. You can even open multiple data rooms from the same files.
Can I change my subscription?
You can modify your subscription as needed when you take out a monthly package based on your current deals.
